Role: Executive Creative Director, Principal UX
UX Problem Statement: Concept and design a new
hi-def cross-platform telecommunications (video, audio and instant message) product in partnership with Skype for Comcast from a 360 perspective. Help users connect with friends and family—effortlessly—while watching TV.

UX Solution: Responsibility:
- Drive concept and experience design, for all TV UI needs and collaborate with multiple teams and/or partners internal and/or world wide as necessary.
- Drive experience design for all hardware components including camera, remote and box.
- Drive working TV and mobile demo and press book for NCTA conference.
- Drive varying user experience research needs—and collaborate with multiple research teams and partners as necessary.
- Drive retail grade packaging program—and ensure aspirational user experience needs are met.
- Establish and lead cross-platform iconography unification (glyph, skin and all states) for all icon/indicator needs.
- Ensure cross-team collaboration and communication within
the Comcast Product & Design team related to any new or evolved standard.
- Ensure a multi-generational audience needs are met including ease of use, simple self-install and swift connection to friends/family.
