UX Problem Statement: Unify all CIM XFINITY
cross-product and cross-platform experiences. Consider overarching UX, interaction, visual attributes and metaphors, voice and nomenclature, motion and other UX area.

UX Solution: Responsibility:
- Create a cross-discipline CIM UX unification board and drive sessions toward unification resolve

- Lead CIM UX Studio team foundations, standards and guide methodology and WIKI documentation

- Evangelize and educate CIM, other Comcast organizations and/or external agencies, vendors or contractors on an ongoing basis including UX, engineering, product and/or business teams
